You can create a rustic bathroom by adding some rustic elements to your modern bathroom. Making it feel and look instantly warmer and totally stylish.
Even though this bathroom is covered in stone from floor to ceiling it doesn’t feel enclosed at all. The light color of the brick and large windows keeps it feeling light and airy.
Wow, aren’t those mirrors just to die for? I love the contrast of the old rough wood with the sleek and smooth walls and sink.
I’m definitely loving the rustic wood and stone in this one. The accessories; chandelier, curtains and chair add a bit of romance and glamour to tone down the rough textures of this rustic bathroom.
Even though this bath looks a bit darker, I still love the brick on the wall and how it contrasts the modern vanity and sink.
There is something very cool about this. Maybe it’s the picture and the urns that keep it from being too rustic. The right accessories can add a lot of character to a space. Looks like something from a haunted manor, love it!
What a tub, I wouldn’t mind having that at all. It’s interesting how this is the only modern element in the space yet it fits in perfectly.
I know, this next rustic bathroom is completely over the top but how cool is that tub? The white curtains and flowers brighten up the space and keep it from looking too cabinish.
The important thing to keep in mind when creating a rustic bathroom is that a little wood goes a long way. There is a fine line between rustic chic and wood overload. Your bathroom can quickly go from beautifully decorated to looking like a dive bar bathroom. Just a thought.
