A Peek Inside: Nature Meets Industrial Chic

Today I bring to you  some of the amazing works of the Erin Martin Design group.

Ok, these people have the coolest website I’ve ever seen. Even if you’re not into what I’m showing, you should still check it out.

These rooms aren’t all from one single house, it’s a compilation of some of the rooms I found most interesting.

Throughout these homes they mix natural and industrial elements which balance each other perfectly.

I like how the modern industrial swing chair keeps the wood cladded room from looking too cabiny.

Hay as seating, tres chic in this room.

Placing a collection of repeating elements not only fills up your wall, but adds interest to an otherwise plain wall.

Here’s a great idea, hang an oversized cushion above your bed and you have an instant no fuss headboard.

Using a couple of oversized pieces on a low furniture creates the illusion of height and adds instant drama.

If you have an amazing view, like this one, flaunt it. Use simple furniture and don’t clutter up the space. The view becomes the main focus.

Hope you enjoyed the tour as much as I did.
